As an ADHD coach for young ladies, I’ve implemented tapping (EFT) into my coaching sessions. Usually in the beginning to ease any overwhelm that is present.
As well, having been trained in EFT aka tapping I find it’s useful in so many ways. In addition to personally tapping; it has been a huge relief for my tribe in our sessions.

We just discovered that my eldest son has ADD, he’s a Sophomore. Another article recommended trying Ink for All, he is able to really buckle down with it. Thought I might tell other moms about it: http://bit.ly/2DWi1K9
