Jodi Sleeper-Triplett, MCC, SCAC, BCC is a world-renowned expert in student coaching and ADHD student coaching. She is the founder of the ADHD student coaching movement and has been working with students for over 35 years. Jodi developed the first training course focused on coaching students with ADHD, which is now offered around the world in English, Spanish, Turkish and Italian. As the co-founder of the Institute for the Advancement of ADHD Coaching and developer of the coaching model used in the Edge Foundation landmark 2-year coaching research study, Jodi is seen by many of her peers as the foremost authority in the field of student coaching. The JST coaching model is cited by researchers and academics as the de facto model for coaching students with ADHD. She has been featured on CNN HLN, CBS News Atlanta and on radio programs and in print media nationwide.

Her first book, Empowering Youth With ADHD: Your Guide to Coaching Adolescents and Young Adults for Coaches, Parents, and Professionals provides coaches, parents and professionals with a powerful new guide to improving the lives of students with ADHD through coaching. “This is a ‘whole child’ approach,” says Sleeper-Triplett. “Whether it’s a coach, a parent, or a professional, there is a growing desire for people to learn the techniques that work. Coaching is the missing piece of the ADHD intervention enigma.” She is a contributing author of Becoming Self-Determined: Creating Thoughtful Learners in a Standards-Driven, Admissions-Frenzied Culture, Field & Parker (editors).

Jodi is a Master Certified Coach (ICF), Senior Certified ADHD Coach (IAAC) and a Board Certified Coach (CCE-Global). She completed her core coach training with the Coaches Training Institute, Success Unlimited Network and the American Coaching Association and continues to expand her knowledge through innovative workshops and coach training programs.

Jodi graduated cum laude from the unique BDIC Program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a B.A. in human services/mental health. She is a sought-after speaker on student and ADHD coaching, the recipient of the 2016 CHADD Hall of Fame Award, a member of ADDA, AHEAD, CHADD, ICF and the Institute of Coaching; and is a frequent presenter at conferences and private workshops worldwide.
